About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join FocusOne Health’s Business Transformation Team. Reporting to the Executive Manager Operations, you will play a key role in generating accurate reports, analysing diverse data sets, and ensuring data quality across the organisation. Your insights will inform strategic decisions and support effective operations and service delivery.
In this role, you will:
• Deliver timely and accurate activity reporting, Minimum Data Sets, Board reports, and ad hoc analyses.
• Generate meaningful insights and recommendations to improve data management and organisational performance.
• Develop and produce service delivery reports in Tableau, integrating data from HR, Finance, WHS, and compliance systems for holistic management reporting.
• Educate staff on clean data input practices and contribute to data governance improvements.
About you: You combine analytical skills with business acumen and can communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders. You are proficient in SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) and have experience maintaining data quality. A tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is essential.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
