About the Role

FocusOne Reach is a new, place-based multidisciplinary mental health service supporting people with complex mental health needs across the Riverland. We are building a team that brings together clinical, cultural and lived experience perspectives to provide coordinated, person-led care closer to home.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will bring clinical assessment, formulation and therapeutic expertise to the multidisciplinary team, working alongside people to understand their mental health needs, strengths, goals and broader life circumstances. You will provide evidence-based clinical interventions and coordinate care that supports recovery, improved functioning and connection with the right services and supports.

This is a genuinely place-based role. Care will be provided flexibly across the Riverland, including from general practices and community healthcare settings, bringing mental health care into familiar local environments and strengthening connections between people, primary care and the broader mental health system. FocusOne Reach is designed to provide flexible face-to-face, outreach, telephone and telehealth care across the region.

As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside the Advanced Practitioner, other Mental Health Clinicians, Peer Support Workers and the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker. You will contribute clinical expertise to assessment, care planning, review and transition, while recognising the distinct expertise and perspective each team member brings to a person's care.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. We offer flexible terms and conditions and attractive salary packaging arrangements. For more information about salary packaging, please visit Discover salary packaging - Community Business Bureau (cbb.com.au).

Comprehensive onboarding and induction to the role will be provided to the successful applicant.

We reserve the right to appoint to the role prior to the application closure date.
