Peer Support Workers at headspace Berri, leverage their lived experience of mental health challenges to provide compassionate, recovery-oriented support to young people and their families. Peer Support Workers deliver meaningful peer-based services that foster hope, self-advocacy, and social connection, all within a framework of mutual understanding, respect, and cultural safety.

Working alongside clinical staff, Peer Support Workers, facilitate seamless care coordination, link clients with internal and external services, and represent the voice of lived experience in service delivery. Through group programs, community engagement, and peer-led initiatives, Peer Support Workers champion strengths-based recovery and contribute to the broader vision of headspace and FocusOne Health.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
