Portfolio Coordinator General Health

As a Portfolio Coordinator at FocusOne Health, you’ll step into a key leadership role, championing a seamless and integrated approach to primary healthcare. Collaborating closely with the organisational management group and clinical leaders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality health services and exceptional clinical practices.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily delivery of primary health services while actively contributing to program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, you’ll manage your own caseload, including more complex cases, alongside your responsibilities as Portfolio Coordinator. Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, such as Allied Health, Social Work, or Registered Nursing, are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
