As a Portfolio Coordinator at FocusOne Health, you’ll step into a key leadership role, championing a seamless and integrated approach to mental healthcare. Collaborating closely with the Organisational Management Group and Clinical Leaders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality health services and exceptional clinical practices.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily delivery of mental health services while actively contributing to program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, you’ll manage your own caseload, including more complex cases, alongside your responsibilities as Portfolio Coordinator. Candidates with relevant qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Registered Nursing and Registered Psychologists are encouraged to apply.
