We’re seeking a Work & Study Specialist (headspace & Adult Community Education) to join our team and support both young people and adult learners in overcoming barriers to education, training, and employment.

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide vocational support to young people aged 12–25 through the headspace program, helping them navigate pathways to work and study. You’ll also deliver inclusive, community-based foundation skills programs to adults through the Adult Community Education (ACE) initiative, empowering participants to build confidence and transition into further learning or employment.

The successful applicant will be remunerated in accordance with FocusOne Health’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
